BetterChess Pro is a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles billing and applicable taxes. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price each period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. You can cancel from the billing/receipt link Lemon Squeezy emails you, or by contacting us at info@betterchess.co and we'll help.
All payments are final. Subscription fees are non-refundable — including for partial billing periods, unused time, or after you cancel — except where a refund is strictly required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future charges (see above); it does not refund the current period. Please use the free assessment to decide before subscribing.
BetterChess is a practice tool. A refund will not be granted on the basis that you did not reach a particular rating (including 1800) — improvement depends on your own practice, effort, and skill, and we make no guarantee of any result.
